Return Conditions

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect it immediately to ensure everything meets our exacting standards. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and must include proof of purchase (original receipt required).

General Return Requirements

Items must be returned in pristine, unworn condition—exactly as they arrived to you, with all tags attached and in the original signature packaging, complete with any accessories or documentation originally provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We are deeply sorry that your piece did not arrive in the impeccable condition we strive to deliver. Should any item arrive damaged, defective, or not as intended, kindly contact access@voydur.com without delay, providing proof of purchase.

Return Costs

Please note, return postage is borne by the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount. We gladly cover costs only where a quality fault is present.

Non-Returnable Items

We regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following:
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Any pieces marked as final sale
  • Items purchased during promotional sales

How to make a return

Please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our Client Services team at access@voydur.com, using the subject line “Return: [Your Order Number]” and briefly noting the reason for your return.
  2. For eligible returns, you may choose one of the following options:
    1. A full refund to your original method of payment
    2. A replacement of the same item
  3. Once your package is shipped, kindly reply with the tracking number to access@voydur.com.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and undergo inspection, we will update you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Do note that bank or credit card processing times may vary. Should you experience a delay beyond 15 business days from approval, please contact us at access@voydur.com.
