Payment & Verification
All payments are securely processed at the time of purchase and are subject to verification before shipment, which may take several days. Please note that orders with incorrect billing information or requiring further confirmation may be canceled or delayed to maintain security and prevent fraud.
Delivery
Once your selection is complete, you will be presented with a refined delivery estimate tailored to your location, allowing you to anticipate your order’s arrival with confidence.
Shipping Process
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). In cases of high demand or postal delays beyond our control, processing may take up to 7 business days. Once entrusted to our carrier, a shipping confirmation with tracking is promptly sent. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
For utmost precision, we ship exclusively to the address provided at checkout; amendments are not possible once processing has commenced.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is refused and returned, any associated return shipping or customs charges will be deducted from the refund. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Voydur cannot assume responsibility for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage. If delivery is confirmed but the item has not been received within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact the carrier to initiate a claim and notify us immediately. Our team will review the matter using official tracking records and will assist in guiding you toward a satisfactory resolution.
Exceptional Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, Voydur cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by customs, public holidays, adverse weather, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Address Accuracy & Responsibility
Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be made. When an order is in transit, Voydur is unable to reroute or retrieve the package.
